Terms and Conditions of a domain name transaction/sale.

Please make sure you are 100% happy to buy the domain name you want before buying it. Due to the nature and type of product a domain name is once you have paid for a domain name you are then unable to cancel the sale or ask for a refund or part refund for any reason. No exceptions. As the transfer process would have started we are unable to cancel the sale. Even if you do not accept the transfer you will still forfeit any monies paid as we will deem this the administration cost and we will be unable to provide a refund of any amount.
